10 years of entrepreneurial, technical and leadership experience in both B2B SaaS & B2C Product Management, Pre-Sales and as a co-founder.
Experienced and comfortable with ambiguity in seed/growth stage startups and their rapidly-changing, fast-paced environment as well as with more established corporates.

Product Lead
11:FS.
Ranked in LinkedIn Top 20 Startups in the UK (7th in 2019) and named consultancy of the year twice (2019/2020),
11:FS is a leading consultancy specialised in Financial Services.
I joined the technology arm of 11:FS, Foundry, to help build a cloud-based, ledger-first, modular core banking platform to help bring truly digital financial services to underserved communities worldwide. We do this by helping large banks and FinTechs take truly digital financial products to market in a faster, personalised and more efficient way.
Highlights of my tenure so far:
Accelerating go-to-market for Foundry by defining, desigining and delivering a mobile banking proposition for a major European bank based on a Prepaid VISA card (proposition design, UX/UI, digital design, mobile banking app build) in less than 8 weeks.
Enabling our clients transform their digital product value chains by leading the product strategy and development for Foundry’s product configuration capability. This enables our users to define and distribute products such as consumer loans or cards through their digital channels using our back-office UI as well as our APIs.
Ensuring Foundry is future-proof and compliance-ready by developing Foundry’s core banking capabilities (Banking, API, Ledger, Fund movement & journal entries, Invoicing).
Step changing delivery pace by introducing Dual Track Agile methodology and reducing feedback loops with end users. Running concurrent discovery and delivery sprints focusing on usability and value generation.
Bootstrapping fellow product managers’ onboarding by creating a 3-week plan that helps understand Foundry’s product strategy, core capabilities, microservices and priorities over upcoming quarters.

2017 - 2018
job
Head of Mobile Platform Experience & Innovation
Barclays Mobile Banking (BMB).
Barclays UK is a 325-year strong retail bank with a relationship with about half of the UK adult population.
My role was to drive the agenda on end-to-end mobile experience for Barclays Mobile Banking (BMB), the UK’s most used mobile banking app and Barclays’ largest and fastest growing channel with ~6 million active users.
I led a team of product managers across several mobile banking areas such as authentication, customer satisfaction or platform features (iOS/Android).
Defined, designed and delivered key epics including but not limited to:
in-moment customer satisfaction surveys leading to an uplift in response rate from 0.6% to 22% and in our digital touchpoint NPS from +53 to +70 within a week of launch.
proactive in-app rating & reviews resulting in an increase in count of App Store ratings of 275%, an increase in 5-star ratings of 330% and an increase in the rating from 4.35 to 4.8-stars within 2 weeks of launch, taking BMB to 2nd best app in the Finance category.
biometric authentication improvements (Touch/Face ID) into BMB thus providing a seamless experience to our customers which resulted in an increase in feature adoption from ~21% to ~33% of the eligible user base.
The successful delivery of these epics were instrumental in being awarded Best Mobile Banking app in the UK in The Forrester Banking Wave™: European Mobile Apps, Q2 2018. Other highlights:
Provided focus and clarity to product managers by leading events and rituals such as prioritisation forums, mobile banking jobs-to-be-done workshops and overseeing product discovery and development efforts from ideation, through prototyping and user research to release management.
Ensured resource availability from ideation to delivery by leading N+1 budget forecasting, provisioning and business case elaboration for mobile banking initiatives across all product verticals.
Boosted team velocity by championing efforts in transforming project governance and delivery model from waterfall to agile (scrum) and re-organising into feature teams aligned with product verticals.
Raised awareness around Open Banking (PSD2) and its opportunities by personally training 20 product managers to API programming using Node JS.
