I have worked in Master Data Management for over 15 years offering support to organisations large or small and have helped organisations by:

- Communicating the importance of Master Data Management and its value to the business in a business appropriate manner



- Supporting previously failing key projects by identifying and resolving issues with current Master Data



- Establishing new improved strategies, procedures and where necessary resources to ensure integrity and consistency of that Master Data



- Providing guidance and recommendations for Master Data Governance and Management strategies



- Establishing new Master Data Management capability from either new or existing resources whilst maintaining ‘business as usual’ services (including developing and delivering Training and Business change management activity where required)



- Developing meaningful KPI’s and reporting metrics



- Whilst the focus is always to achieve ‘right first time’ Master Data ensuring processes and policies are in place for housekeeping and auditing of Master data quality.



- Establishing Master data quality benchmarks in the form of Master Data dictionaries (including identification and understanding of key business rules)​



I am system agnostic and have 'hands on' experience of managing Master Data in several systems -SAP/ JDE / Kerridge and & InfoR

I also have a broad experience of industry sectors including, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Telecoms, Retail and Engineering.

My focus is on ensuring that my clients get the most out of their Master Data in the most efficient way whilst ensuring integrity and legal compliance.
