Having worked in Automotive for the last 7 years, I have been at the heart of the transformative change the industry is going through - to ensure it can remain relevant for generations to come. I was responsible for setting up an entirely new business stream for Audi UK - enabling us to have a direct customer relationship for the very first time. A corporate entrepreneur if you will - responsible for everything from initial business set up (legal, financial, operational) to developing a brand, marketing and communications strategy - to on-boarding franchise dealers to offer an entirely new service. Whilst rapidly rolling out the service to 8 sites in 5 months - I was responsible for the UK digital roadmap from MVP stage, to find ways to improve the service and expand the offer for a variety of use-cases.
Prior to that I have worked in several other innovative roles and projects such as Connected Car, EV strategy and digitalising the customer experience. In each of these, my ability to deeply consider the customer impact at every stage of project delivery has been my key success factor whilst ensuring no stone is left unturned by proactively identifying and solving problems before they materialise.
Whilst focussed in the Automotive context, I have gained varied transferable skills that will help support any business looking to launch, manage and embed change - in particular new digital products and services.
