The Retail Rectifications department are responsible for managing individual historic retail banking issues. Each rectification would be assigned a team of project managers and business analysist to determine remediation and customer contact requirements. I was part of a small team to design, built and test the Rectification management tool, a decisioning/workflow tool to dynamically store the source data relevant for a rectification and then collect information on and track status of customers and apply customisable business rules to remediate and conclude a rectification. Subsequently I then managed the technical operation of the tool.
