• Independently sourced, built, led, and inspired the internal development teams (Technology, Design, UX), the legal team, and all other necessary contractors, whilst ensuring we remained committed to
quality, speed-to-market innovation. We became a team obsessed with providing customer value and delivering amazing customer experiences
• Analysed online usage, social media activity, and consumer behaviour with the intention of introducing focused online marketing initiatives, and engaging social media campaigns, whilst
growing the brand organically
• Conducted a product roadshow in order to promote the app, gauge interest, explore strategic
partnerships and seek funding. This started in London U.K. meeting Odeon Cinemas and included
attending key networking events in Silicon Valley California U.S.A, as well as meeting with high
profile executives of technology companies, including Google
• Defined the product vision and roadmap; set to deliver business value according to the commercial
strategy
• Clearly communicate product roadmaps, plans, benefits, and results of product improvements to a
wide range of audiences, influencing stakeholders at all levels, by being able to discuss complex
technical issues with technical and non technical people alike
• Create, build, refine, and prioritise the backlog to ensure alignment & visibility across business,
delivery, and wider product organisation
• Develop a deep understanding of customer data, intended consumer base, and business targets and translate them into effective development of product features
• Manage deep analytics and dashboards to anticipate and visualise product performance and anticipated usage
• Gather customer feedback continuously and lookout for market and technology trends, constantly
optimising the product
• Sequence work to remove impediments and drive efficient product delivery and continued business
growth
• Successfully rolled out social media campaigns and marketing initiatives (paid) which boosted
conversion and engagement rates
• Successfully understood, served, and developed relationships with user base using identity and user
management initiatives
• Budget planning, financial record keeping, monitoring & assessing key milestones whilst delivering
