I'm offering
Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD): Associate Member
Bar of England and Wales: Barrister
The Honourable Society of the Inner Temple Member
Subject matter expert on governance as a process. Software as a service systems, Due diligence, Partner relationships, Lifecycle customer/employee management, GDPR and Employee relations, Course creation.
I enjoy working with a multi-discipline team to create business systems that drive competitive advantage, having particular experience in staff management and auditing software bringing all compliance and staff related information to one place for business intelligence purposes, a better employee experience and efficiency gains. This work typifies my deep, long-standing interest in technology, specifically its impact on the business world around us and moving forward.
I’m also a non-practising barrister specialising in employment law and HR. Over a period of 20 years, I’ve learned to take a holistic view of legal rules, business strategy, human nature and common sense to provide commercially sound advice for hundreds of people managers in the UK and abroad.
Taking a similar approach to digital transformation I believe there is an exciting opportunity to inspire staff to leverage technology while they themselves add more value than machines, even in light of the rapid pace of change. John Hagel’s Scalable Learning model has captivated me for a while and informs my forward direction in terms of addressing many organisational constraints such as Employee Engagement and Wellbeing.
If you wish to talk broadly or specifically about Transformative Human Resources, Compliance, Digital Transformation, Learning & Development or any other topics, please contact me.
Kind regards,
Carolyn.
