• I lead the re-design and implementation of a simplified, networked, point of sale system for Halifax and BoS banking advisers ("Customer Review"). Key responsibility for: -
◦ Customer & colleague review of previous system, collation of in-depth business requirements & design of prototype new system
◦ Stakeholder approval for the changes - both network facing and all impacted product areas (to Product Heads and Halifax ND/MD level)
◦ Business case collation and approval (to Retail MD level)
◦ Detailed business readiness (i.e. training, communication) and implementation planning
◦ Organisation & coordination of Regional Champion implementation activities
◦ Road-shows to all Halifax & BoS regions
◦ Business readiness activity and accountability for network implementation
• Customer Review was a great success when implemented (August 2009) over the course of a single weekend. It went live with minimal defects, on time and under budget - utilising a "big bang" approach into ALL Halifax and BoS branches - c.1250
• Feedback on the programme approach and the way the implementation was managed resulted in numerous plaudits and universally positive colleague & customer feedback
• Programme team - 15; budget c. £25m
