Win technologies delivered an end to end service from designing the portals landing pages, email campaigns to sponsoring large scale events like Cheltenham and sponsoring the West Ham football team. Leading an in-house creative team on a variety of projects and delivering creative solutions to meet and exceed stakeholders' briefs. As Creative brand lead I over saw the creative direction of 3 design teams (2 of 7 in the U.K. and 1 of 4 in South Africa) a UX team of 4 and Copy team of 5 in the U.K.
