Twenty years in the Financial sector (Investment and Retail Banking, Asset and Investment Management), following two global executive OD roles, switching into consultancy in 2007, working across Finance, Health and Retail sectors.

I work in partnership with CEO’s, Boards, Executive teams, supporting organisations to understand and navigate complex, development and transformation challenges to deliver tangible results. My passion is focused on supporting leaders and their organisations to embed sustainable Transition Leadership capabilities into operational functioning. Plus, utilising factors of success to enhance organisational effectiveness to create sustainable operational and business performance.

Combining 20 years of applied research with organisational and clinical psychology, creating change processes and diagnostic analytics and tools that support insight into the complexities and operational functioning of organisations. Including developing a new transition leadership methodology and development approach that supports leaders and their workforces to acquire transition capabilities, whilst implementing their transformation agendas. Just completed a practitioner Transition Leadership textbook with Springer Publishers to support Business Psychology, Organisational Change leadership development programmes.

Culture – diagnosis, design and facilitation of global cultural transformation programmes. Business re-engineering, workforce engagement and motivation practices. Resource efficiency and outsourcing initiatives.

Strategy – research, and facilitation of operational strategy development. Operating model and organisation structure redesign. Merger and Integration programmes.

Business Transformation – design and implementation of large and small scale transformation projects. Operating and business model transformation (product/service processes, regional and global alignment).

Business Enhancement Initiatives – design and facilitation of revenue enhancing projects. Transforming sales, trading, and client relationship management (CRM) models and practices.

Leadership Board/Team Effectiveness – design and facilitation of processes to enhance team functioning and organisational impact. Transformation project initiation processes and support for dysfunctional teams that are challenged with delivering effective results.

Leadership/Management Support – coaching and mentoring leaders to enhance their effectiveness. Improving operational team performance, dealing with complex workforce related challenges.
