Started my career as health & safety (H&S) professional for Gallowglass Health & Safety (GGH&S) LLP in 2014.
I have experience working for a consultancy in GGH&S and also internally for The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG).
During my career I have supported a vast range of clients & stakeholders; ranging from the International Olympic Committee, Tower of London, Transport for London down to small AV and production suppliers both within the UK and worldwide.
This range of support & experience has enabled me to develop a pragmatic approach to risk identification & H&S management, knowing that a one size fits all approach doesn’t always work and any systems or processes developed must fit within the requirements of the business & their current operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities: ● Development of the new TCEG safety management system.
● Develop standards & guidance documents, to better inform staff & stakeholders of the H&S expectations of the business.
● Day-to-day supervision of the safety team to ensure process is being followed & tasks completed in line with the business expectations.
