My initial contract at WPR was supposed to be four weeks, supporting over the busy Christmas period. While at WPR I worked across the Greene King brands to implement the paid and organic strategy. During this time I was also asked to complete a full audit of their current paid strategy, I was able to suggest a better route, which they ended up adopting across all of their accounts. I also implemented an idea to use Waze as part of their marketing mix which went down a storm.

During my time at Effect Digital, I worked with our client's social media accounts, both paid and organic. I came up with and implemented the digital marketing strategy for Red Tractors national TV campaign, Above The Line. I also worked on a nationwide new customer & retargeting campaign across Facebook, Instagram & display for Panache Lingerie which saw a conversion rate of 8% for new customers and 18% for retargeting, much higher than was expected. I worked on the organic content for our clients, including The Savoy Hotel - which was a driving force behind the Instagram pages fanbase growing by 10,000 new followers in a three month stretch and also the engagement rate skyrocketing from 3% to 11% we were able to attribute new customers to their afternoon tea reservations from this growth.

I was then asked to work within the client management team working with our biggest client Hearst who publish magazines such as Good Housekeeping, and Men's Health. In this role I gained a strong understanding of managing a high profile client, and had to keep them promptly updated on projects. These included e-commerce web stores, direct mailing campaigns and customer retention campaigns.
In April 2015 I was seconded to the Australian office to work with their sales team, with a view to increasing their productivity and results. This was a great opportunity for me to get a good understanding of how other cultures work.
