I joined NOKIA's global brand strategy and marketing creation team to launch Nokia Lumia smartphones and transitioned across when Microsoft purchased NOKIA mobile devices division. During my tenure, I delivered new product launch campaigns from start to finish that created awareness, consideration and purchase intent, resulting from zero market share in 2011 to 40% at the end of 2016 in some markets.
• Led marketing team for the Lumia brand with six direct reports across ATL, Retail, Website, Social, CRM & e-Commerce, B2B and Events.
• Delivered integrated launch campaigns from start to finish- diagnosis / customer research, crafting value proposition, campaign strategy, creative development and ideation, content creation & production (TV, Print, OOH, launch event), retail in-store experiences and manage content planning for always on customer engagement.
• Managed team development, KPI's, agency partners and a multi-million £/$/€ budget to deliver global campaigns on time and within budget. Track and report on measures of success for each new product launch campaign.
• Delivered successful global consumer campaign for NOKIA Lumia 520 which sold 20 million phones within four months from sales start.
• Built a fan base of 35,000 brand ambassadors across the globe for Nokia Lumia.
