My main focus was on improving the KPI's of the B2C e-commerce website such as Conversion Rate and AOV, Customer Service case resolution times, efficiency of order picking time. I worked with departments across the business to help recognise opportunities and realise solutions as well as manage every day requests such as content approval, website issues and change requests.
I ran RFP's for an AB testing tool and agency, implemented and managed the Conversion Rate Optimisation program with Optimizely and our partner Biglight, from requirement stage to in-flight experimentation in 5 months (+£2.3m incremental, +£8m annualised additional revenue).
I was also involved in contractual negotiations and handled NDA's, commercials and renewals in liaison with the Legal department.
