In 2016, I joined the content marketing team at Exposure Ninja, a leading UK-based digital marketing agency. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work on both short and long-term campaigns with a range of clients. These include family lawyers, occupational pension specialists, bespoke men's clothing brands, and adrenaline activity companies. My role as a content marketing specialist consists of:
● Writing engaging copy for client websites.
● Planning and writing monthly blog posts.
● Conducting PR outreach campaigns to enhance a client's backlink profile and keyword ranking.
● Utilising data outreach campaigns by collecting data and writing and distributing press releases.

I began to pursue a career as a writer once I had finished my degree. From here, I started to pitch to a vast array of clients and write about as many different subjects as possible. My early clients ranged from plumbers and paintball companies to financial technology experts. Producing such a wide range of content not only allowed me to develop my writing style further, but it also taught me the necessary research skills I needed to work efficiently as a copywriter.
I'm also becoming that person at a party who has random useless facts tucked away in their memory bank.
