Coaching for me is all about challenging toxic perspectives then moving the client from a personal drama orientation to creating an empowered dynamic where they are able to create a new positive situation with goals that are both inspirational and achievable.
I am a dynamic and enthusiastic coach facilitator who ensures that all learning is client focused on an individual basis. I aim to help my clients embrace this new VUCA ( Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world, enabling them to better understand themselves so that they are able to communicate with real clarity with the people around them.
Over the last 10 years, I have worked with many top companies delivering leadership courses and coaching to all levels of management. My coaching style enables the client to think and find their personal way of being a leader. This ensures that the learning is better embedded with the client enthusiastic to utilise the learning as soon as they go back to the workplace.
I have an empathic yet challenging style of coaching, one that blends active listening by asking thought-provoking questions that unlock new thinking within the client.
My passion is empowering by enabling them to better understand their own and other’s perceptions. This approach brings real gains in emotional intelligence by raising self and social awareness, helping the client to better manage self and relationships in a productive way.
The most important thing for me is for the client to feel as if there is a real purpose to their life which means I concentrate on creating the headspace, so they can have that clarity in their own way forward.

Believes in making sure the student understands what leadership is through excellent question technique rather than telling them.
• Change managed improvements to policy, designing and developing a range of programs, both physically and mentally challenging. These resulted in an increased pass rate for students from 85% to 95% average over a 1-year period. Created effective presentations of the changes and delivered them to staff.
• As Senior Leadership Instructor lead and motivated a team of instructors in the delivery of both theory lessons and practical field exercises.
• Project managed various field exercises providing an environment for students to practice leadership skills. Liaised with multiple stakeholders ensuring all equipment, food rations and transportation was provided for in correct quantities in a timely fashion.
• Quality assurance assessor ensuring high, exacting standards of instruction of the college trainers and assessing whether the students were of the right standard.
