FREELANCE DIGITAL CONSULTANT
unknown.
Select clients include The Body Shop, a global cosmetics brand with its roots in activism.
Social media audit, new strategy and reinstated the influencer programs with new objectives and ways of working. Streamlined content processes and advised on new social-specific strategies and tone of voice to boost reach and engagement and optimise activist-led digital content.
The AllBright, a members club and network for women, located in London and LA, for which I
provided a new social media strategy, content calendar and created an influencer strategy and influencer black book. I worked closely with the marketing and events teams, managed social
channels for AllBright and AB Academy, provided reactive content and grew the AllBright
Instagram account organically from 19K to 30K+ within three months. I also created social media and talent guidelines for the AllBright brand and presented these to the club's founders.
Business in the Community: the Prince's Responsible Business Network, for which I created a
digital communications plan for the BITC Awards at Royal Albert Hall and relaunched and managed The Lens, a podcast in partnership with Fujitsu and McCann. I also managed outreach with brands, media platforms and guests and managed multiple social channels. I successfully
grew the BITC Twitter account from 29K to 35K within one month and launched an Instagram
account for The Lens for which organic following and engagement doubled month on month.
VIVA Skin Clinics, for which I acted as Head of Creative for a three month interim and grew three
social accounts by approximately 3K followers respectively, increased engagement by 300% and managed influencer relations and PR for three London-based cosmetic doctors simultaneously.
And Newby Teas, for which as Head of Content, I created a refreshed digital marketing and PR
strategy and provided social media, influencer management and content support to a network of
12 global offices, consolidating social channels, establishing brand guidelines and securing leads
in Stylist Magazine, Balance LDN, BBC Three, The Independent and The Financial Times.
I have joined London-based agencies such as FEED and Otherway and start ups such as Lyst as
a Copywriter and Account Manager. Brands in my portfolio include Psycle, eBay, Cred Jewellery and Pizza Express. Using analytics to create content strategy and promote product. Editing
content, creating content for social media and managing influencer relations and web pages.
