Experienced project, operations, property facilities, team and external agencies’ manager with executive roles, primarily in secondary and tertiary students’ accommodation and learning premises. I have overseen, at various development stages, the operations, new builds, refurbishments, moves and re/openings of a range of properties.
Having worked with students and team members from many countries over several years, I am highly attuned to demographic and cultural differences. This enables me to be both empathetic as well as business-minded. This capacity has been complemented by my time spent managing projects in different UK cities.
Operating in highly customer-centric operations and project environments, I have delivered office fit outs, mobilised new builds, recovered failing, and initiated new, change projects, team and organisational re/structures, all using methodologies and approaches acquired during my MSc in Project Management and PRINCE2 training.
