• Work with contract department managers to carry out financial reports for company profit & loss
• Assess contracts team on KPI's on projects carried out
• Carry out valuations on existing projects up-to the value of the £3,000,000
• Negotiate with subcontractors on timescales and costings
• Work with suppliers negotiating cost and requirements for materials on projects
• Assist estimator in carrying out detailed valueations checking project sustainability
• Working with sub-contractors to ensure timescales are met and evaluate in house labour with general manager
• Work with suppliers to ensure materials are the highest quality and within budget constraints
• Arrange monthly meetings with Director to ensure sustainability on all projects.
• Work with architects and clients to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Work with 20 direct operatives & sub-contractors to ensure that timescales are maintained and works are done to the highest standard
• Ensure projects comply with CDM regulations carrying out regular site audits for Health & Safety / Compliance
• Carry out asbestos management plans and reports on condition
• Liaise with new clients and suppliers and procurement of contracts.
• Design project plans using CAD based software.
• Carrying out inspections and empty property visits to ensure stock is up to a high standard for tenants
• Issuing works to trades giving specifications for works to be completed
• Carry out stock condition surveys to show age and condition of housing components
• Working with other departments to ensure tenants needs are met and customer service is optimal
• Condition check potential ACM's
• Project manager insurance related works
• Carry out accompanied viewings with new & existing tenants
• Liaise with clients and loss adjusters on scopes of works
• Organising materials for jobs ready for works to be carried out
• Complete Risk assessments for works
• Communicate with contracts managers regarding works on site
• Carry out final account schedules
• Carry out deep cleans on food prep areas
• Have a team of 6 members of staff and I would complete timesheets any HR issues and work based grievances.
• Ensure that customer viewpoints are passed and directly dealing with store manager
• Completing weekly audits on stores cleanliness and safety with compliance managers
