My main role is supporting a team of 102 staff within EMEA Professional Services. I also undertake PM delivery work and EMEA portfolio analytical activities. I report to the Director and VP of EMEA Professional Services whilst working directly

o Integrating new optical systems with designers, filed engineers and vendors
o Dealing with vendors and external partners in terms of support and necessary Hardware delivery
o Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary
o Maintain the project documentation as per company requirements
o Preparation of OOS quotes/ JCOs/ Project changes
o Providing weekly status reports to customer and management
• Operational management for the SAP project systems, single contact for EMEA region for all SAP attributes:
