I was an internal recruiter on the Medtronic account for the Life Sciences team - Medtronic are a global leader in medical devices, and I was based on site in their office in Warsaw.
• Managed the end to end process from hiring manager briefing to offer stage, on average I would have 20-30 live roles at any one time.
• Reduced agency usage and increased direct hires by reviewing and improving attraction strategies - one change I suggested was video job descriptions. I billed on average an extra £2000+ per month through being able to rely less on agencies.
• Consistently met my hiring manager satisfaction target of 85%, I was always focused on being responsive and available for them whenever they needed me and worked hard to manage their expectations from the start to avoid disappointment.
• Worked with hiring managers and HRBP's to improve interview processes and shorted time to hire time, my target was 60 days and I had an average of 45-50 most months.
• Selected for Continuous Improvement team as my manager recognised me as someone who was always looking at ways to make our processes better and the job easier for our team.
• Covered other regions at short notice to cover sickness and high volumes, this included the Nordics, Germany, South Africa and Saudi Arabia.

I moved to Prague and took a role in their Reed office; I was a member of the Multilingual Shared Services team and we recruited for Shared Service Centres across the Czech Republic.
• Started as a Resourcer and met my target in my first 6 months to be promoted to consultant, this was around £2000 in billing contributions.
• Won two new clients in my first 3 months as full consultant and made placements with both in the following months, both became a regular source of income for both our team and our Finance and IT teams.
• Created client guides for the consultants on my team which resulted in them having better knowledge and confidence to speak to candidates about roles. They also became a useful tool for sending to candidates to aid in interview preparation.
• Met my minimum billing target of around £3,500 every month, my best result being almost 300%.
• Won "Best Consultant" award twice during our monthly awards, this was given to the top billing consultant for that month.
