Working 100% on the largest account in the agency (at that time) - International, major blue-chip client (under NDA):
• Critical in creating agency infrastructure to support servicing this client including:
- Creating client master-style guide - distributed to rest-of-world territories to use as templates (82 pages)
- Organising new client server-folder structure and image banks
- Creating briefing sheets, check-sheets and sign-off process
- Evaluating freelancer and project delivery, with feedback to directors and recommendations for project improvement.
• Delivering 6,000 deliverables - which came into the agency as a huge spike of work for a clients new products launch.
• Major retouching of client's new product imagery (only existed as CGI imagery) which I had to manipulate (I was main resource for high-end retouching)
• Role of client brand champion and quality control - everything that left the building for this client went through me.
