Within this role from age 17 I managed and grew a holiday park and sales operation focusing on growing the business both in terms of sales but residual income and other income streams;
-Proven business development skills, turning Holderness Country Park from overdraft to a 2 - 3 million a year turnover and just under £500,000 in clear profit in 18 months. Including building a new development to ensure further growth of the business at a cost of £450,000.
-Completely managed all cash flow from negotiating credit deals on stock, to balancing liabilities wages etc. ensuring the business would always remain sustainable and profitable.
-Developed and maintained a CRM
-Developed and mastered my sales process, whilst constantly learning and adapting for best success.
-Created many visual selling aids such as websites, CGI images, brochures all focused on conversions and lead generating
-Generating business, in a whole array of marketing, both outside and inside the box paid & organic
-Constantly analysing sales funnels, marketing spend amongst other spend to ensure the business was as efficient as possible
-Liaised with customers and suppliers along with contractors ensuring every party was in light.
