Programme Director
DIGITAS.
Digitas was lead agency in the creation of a One Team client service model to support the Samsung account. My role was to lead a revised cross agency engagement model to redefine the working practise across a number of Publicis agencies, with a view to streamlining operational effectiveness, improving speed to market of initiatives, delivering improved commercial value for the client and ensuring a robust delivery management practise across all engagements.
As a consequence, there has been a notable change in client perception from an agency network that was seen as slow and difficult to engage with, to one that is now seen as a valued partner, trusted with delivery and able to respond to the complex and short terms needs of the client base.
The results of this process have led to transition in the commercial relationship with the client, moving from a project-based approach to one that retains cross agency specialist resource across a multi discipline basis.
Outside of these activities, my responsibilities include:
• Leadership of cross agency PMO
• Development of and oversight on all Statements of Work and project contracts
• Management of all commercial monitoring and reporting with specific reference performance, profitability and forecasting
• Leadership of the Delivery Management function
• Commercial and delivery oversight on tier two accounts as part of an overall account portfolio
