unknown.

time at Revenue Scotland I have:
• Developed a user research strategy.
• Conducted a range of user research activities, from contextual enquiries at external user

• Outlined user archetypes and mapped out key user journeys for the service.
• Created interactive prototypes to facilitate the collection of stakeholder and user
feedback, and to inform development.
• Promoted the value of user research by encouraging stakeholder participation in research
activities (e.g. observation & sense-making).
• Collaborated with the project team to ensure that user research insights are prioritised
and used to effectively inform design change.
