I have worked various roles over the years, all of which have had an aspect of case/file management and a strong importance in data protection. Having excelled in customer relations and customer service as well as eventually handling a whole department by myself I feel like I can confidently say that I know how to get things done and done the right way. I am however quite introverted and have chosen to step away and go into self employment, specifically working from home.
