My role at ASOS is extremely fast paced and I am required to communicate with Stakeholders at all levels across the business, using Workday and Service Now to accurately process administrative tasks and policy knowledge to answer a high
volume of incoming queries over email or face to face. Within my team of 6 we receive an average of 150 queries per day and process approximately 200 starters and leavers per month.
• Supporting the HR Advisors and HR Partners with ER casework, acting as notetaker in Investigations, Disciplinary's,
Grievances, Performance Management, Probation Fail through to dismissal, answering process questions and advising on policy
• Case management of Maternity/Paternity and leavers, through face to face meetings and ensuring all documentation
is completed accurately and all queries are addressed
• Building trusting relationships within my team and the business to ensure I am an effective advisor on HR matters
• Dealing with highly confidential information and difficult conversations. I am always able to remain calm and think on
my feet whilst being discreet
• Managing employee lifecycle for over 800 employees across Retail
• Managing high volume external requests including new employment, mortgages, tenancy references
• Managing employee changes; contracts, promotions, sickness, job changes, line manager changes, leavers
adhering to payroll cut offs and deadlines. Manage communication of any changes or delays to payment
• Completing monthly payroll checks and audits to maximise employee experience and ensure legal compliance
• Providing accurate data and reporting as required by People Partners ensuring GDPR guidelines are met
• Able to manage emotions and be professional at all times
• Driving process improvement by generating new ideas and listening to feedback from ASOSers
