I'm an award-winning speaker and experienced consultant, having spent 18 years working in consumer insight, leading teams, running businesses, and developing innovative approaches to understand the psychology of why we behave the way we do - and how to influence it.

I recently spent just over three years in Singapore, developing a business from scratch, and wearing many hats from managing the P&L, sales and relationship building, to running workshops and speaking at conferences. Before that, I had several Director-level roles including three years as Innovations Director, where I devised and deployed a new approach to understanding consumer journeys, set up the visual communications team, brought in new tools and tech for research, and improved approaches to storytelling and proposal writing. I played a key role in my previous company’s rebrand back in 2011, and in the business's strategic planning for several years.

After leaving Singapore in April 2019, I took a career break and spent several months travelling around Asia, and I've recently relocated to the UK to focus on my passions of speaking, insight consultancy and training.
