A Chef with over 8 years experience who prides himself in providing Brand New and Exciting Menus to meet a business Needs and Satisfying Customers. I have worked across the World from Take Aways to Michelin Star Level of Restaurants. Recently I have launched new menus for a Local Bar and a Gastro Bar & Grill and looking for new projects. The Gastro Bar & Grill seen their kitchen send out over 2000 meals within 16 Days of Launch in their 60 Seater restaurant. These Projects included Designing Dishes for the Menu (Taking into account the Owners Views), Creating Prep Sheets for Chefs to work From and Specification Sheets (Recipes) to achieve the same standard at all times. I also went to the restaurants to train the current chefs on the Expectations set in place by myself and Owners.
