Design a new product to help penetrate pressure relief care in developing countries (notably India)
Address the inflated cost of a recently released product to reduce cost and increase profit margin
Successfully combining the cost reduction project with the design culture to build a "cheetah team" for the project using both internal and external resources. This team was then used to help develop the new product utilizing various experiences such as production and manufacturing.
Completing Instruction for Use Manuals and Service manuals for all new products to help achieve IEC 60601-1 certification and overseeing the management of this accreditation
Designing a complete new product including the enclosure which aligned with the company's design language and was designed fully ready for injection molding.
