Working for a manufacturing company in Chelmsford my duties include managing operations with our warehouse, managing 2 office staff, contacting and dealing with customers over telephone and email. I am also the accounts administrator/bookkeeper and upload all invoices and credits all bank and project profit and loss. Currently I am working on sage 50 and studying for my AAT level 3. I am in constant contact with suppliers arranging payments and handling any issues.

Promoted to Compliance Manager to ensure the company supplies compliant locum doctors as per the NHS and Framework guidelines at all times to ensure the safeguarding of patients, the public and NHS staff. Assisted the CEO and MD in becoming an accredited agency with all 3 national frameworks (LPP, HTE and CCS). This was achieved by implementing internal and external processes, documentation and checklists in accordance with all legislative requirements of the framework and NHS Employers. Managing a team of up to 12 compliance officers and administrators I am responsible for not only ensuring all individual and team targets are met monthly, quarterly and annually but also the day to day people management of the team. My other responsibilities include performing monthly internal audits and weekly/ monthly spot checks on various processes within the department to ensure that we comply at all times to the framework. I have undertaken a 1 day training course on auditing to the framework criteria which allows me to ensure stringent checks are in place. These checks enable us to pick up on any anomalies found within the department and create a suitable solution to be implemented. Personally I sign off every booking within the business daily to determine whether or not there are any detrimental risk to the business. Reporting to the CEO and MD all monthly figures and new business processes/ ideas, any concerns, actions taken/feedback presented within monthly management meetings. I have successfully implemented 3 new business models into the compliance department to increase efficiency and growth. I conduct all interviews for internal candidates and once recruited they undergo full and intense and structured training presented by myself.
