1. Account management of retail customers: A, B and C
accounts. Responsible for building long term relationships,
understanding customers needs and relevant product lines,
new product introductions, customer satisfaction, and assisting customers with product ordering and stocking.
2. New product launches: develop promotional ideas with
customers and oversee a team to launch in retail outlets and run events in store for launch and promotions.
