job
Proposals manager
Nucom Interiors.
Producing tender documentation, pre-qualification
questionnaires and capability brochures for an office fit-out main contractor. I liaised with the pre-construction team on
receipt of the tender documents to plan our approach, identifying the key information that was required, and then
working with the project manager/technical services manager to ensure we had the right form of words. I produced the documents in InDesign, using PhotoShop and Illustrator as required, to ensure we had a bespoke offering. I would also
shoot images as required to be used within the documents. I was responsible for printing/binding the final document and arranging delivery ahead of deadline. Additionally, I used my InDesign skills to produce capability brochures, tailoring each
brochure to the requirements of the prospective client.
