Assisting on projects that range from a transcribing audio, subtitling, copy-writing, proof reading, letter writing & minute taking.
In 2018 I began working and consulting on projects for companies on a casual basis; these have ranged from letter composure, PA duties for a director and three separate occasions of cradle to grave event management. I felt that many companies were hiring full-time members of staff to do data entry, administration etc that in the long term were not cost-effective once the tasks had been completed and managed. With remote working becoming more and more popular I see no reason why companies can't hire freelance executives like myself for low priority tasks and short contracts saving unnecessary hiring costs.

In my 1st week I was recognized on the company website as I went above and beyond to retrieve, and hand deliver, a misplaced angle grinder
Customers Service: Resolving Group customer queries via telephone, email & Livechat for the Group as well as the individual sub-companies (dealing with specific queries from the 2 skip container companies (Leeses Skip hire & Dawlish Skip hire), RCV Collections for Coastal Recycling and Compost for Westcountry Organics. This also extended to subcontracting Grab hire & Sweeper hire. This involves a lot of liaising with fleet drivers, facilities managers and department managers across the group.
Administration tasks: confirming subcontractor bookings and results, providing Waste Transfer Notes, Consignment Notes, addressing invoice queries, raising purchase orders, investigating credits, chasing compliance documents such as Annual Duty of Care's, Supplier Compliance documents (liability insurance etc), obtaining signed disclaimers and providing quotes to customers. Daily expected loads reports for the Recycling facility and Landfill facility.
Account management: Setting up commercial RCV customers, negotiating prices / setting up schedules and general contract details. With Trade waste customers converting cash customers to account. Resolving issues and ensuring customers are informed of changes / collections issues ASAP. Chasing for any outstanding payment post-booking from account customers and cash customers.
