I was working as part of a 2 to 5 people depending on the project and necessities and I was involved in planting, turfing, bordering, but can't say I have done paving, fencing or decking although once I see the way someone does it I can do it myself. I also had to carry out maintenance work to local gardens including cutting grass, aeration of turf, trimming hedges, cutting tries and even spraying.

I was the first unit to attend a call for a blocked drain, and I was supposed to clear the blockage if I could or determine what action needs to be taken and advise my field manager or technical specialist of findings and what I believe needs to happen next and once we agree over the next step needed, putting that in action. Also I was supposed to assist the bigger unit if one was needed and if they needed help. All this was happening with the customer in mind, making sure customer understands what needs to happen and aproves the action and is affected the least by our actions.
