Certified Salesforce Administrator who is also a multi-disciplined professional with sales, marketing and finance experience, and legal expertise as a qualified non-practising commercial solicitor.
In my last three roles, I have administered, implemented and consolidated CRM solutions. This process involved defining or redesigning the associated business process to enhance the user experience leading to improved productivity, enhanced business reporting and data informed decision making.
In my experience many small and medium sized businesses or charities cannot justify employing full-time administrators to help them manage, maintain and evolve their CRM systems. Drawing upon my business experience and expertise as a Salesforce Certified Administrator I have a vision to help organisations maximise the value of their business and CRM solutions without relying on full-time administrators.
