I am friendly, hard working, highly organised with a wealth of educational and employment experience in an HR environment within the public and private sectors. Since starting my career in HR, I have worked in a number of roles, working independently and within a team for small and large organisations. I have managed large projects and recruitment campaigns; prioritised work to meet strict deadlines; managed, trained and organised staff whilst gaining experience and knowledge of HR policies and practices and confidence in my own ability. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and our English Spring Spaniel, Ozzy. Having grown up in a farming family we enjoy spending our time out in the countryside, walking and exploring the local area and when taking family holidays in the UK.
