After being part of the royal Navy for over 5 years my passion for sport and fitness expanded into teaching and instructing others.
To provide a well being and healthy lifestyle for others. Also motivating and providing a fun environment, being part of a 5 star resort over the summer season teaching various sessions (sports and well being) I found this is where my strengths and passion are.
