I am a diligent and open-minded individual, that believes in the unity of a team to achieve great things. In summary, trying to get a team to understand that the "I" (self) is important, but with a bit of sacrifice, the "team" can benefit the "self" through learning from your peers and working together. This is a concept I believe modern life has discredited, we are told to only worry about the "self", however, when humans lived in tribes, they understood that if you came together you would achieve greater things. I have found that it encourages people to put more unsolicited effort to complete projects because there is a knowledge that if the team excelled there is a benefit for the person to excel.
Having had the privilege to work on prestige's projects in various positions over my exciting career, this allows me to be diligent and analytical in any work package I am asked to take on.
