Previously I worked in Architecture for 5 years, during which I did fieldwork and observational research on people’s needs and problems within spaces, designing in 3D. My favourite thing to do is use videography in contextual interviews and ethnography.
Been freelancing for multiple agencies, start-ups and in-house for several years. No matter how big or small the problem has been - 3 weeks, 3 months or 1 year. Sometimes I work as a pure User Researcher, and other times just as a Designer, designing various touch points - apps, web, mobile web, services, policy and business processes.
