The provided additional resilience and expansion potential to the existing Invoicing system as well as a considerable cost saving going forward.
Included was integration with multiple satellite systems and data processors who were key. Specified, created and supervised the testing narrative across the business with all teams. Wrote and agreed communications for different client models globally to ensure compliance and acceptance of new working processes. Liaised with legal departments to effect contract changes where necessary.
