Bucharest worth more than 2 milion euros.
I've originally enrolled as a volunteer as I was studying to get my Manager in Tourism Activity Certificate, but after 2 weeks,
thanks to my proactive hands-on approach I was entrusted with the Project Management role and it turned into a full-time
job and I became one of the co-organizers.
I was responsible for managing and motivating various teams involved: Co-organizers, volunteers partners, ensuring the
circulation of information among all parties, planning tours, events and experiences to the last detail, identifying needs and finding solutions, monitoring progress, managing reports and necessary documentations, organizing weekly meetings,
ensuring time and quality management, assisting with marketing strategies and materials, including company website.
As the project started with zero budget part of my tasks was to establish and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors and authorities from all over the country, as well as identify and select new volunteers.
The project outcomes were outstanding and I was invited as a speaker at 4 national conferences, national television and
different training sessions.
