During my time based in Vauxhall Motors in Ellesmere Port I was promoted 4 times from Line Delivery Driver to Production Supervisor and held a fantastic relationship with the customer and workforce, which was based on trust and integrity. My main responsibilities were focused on delivering sequenced material to the customer safely, on time and to the correct accuracy, planning employee resources for 40 Team Members and Team Leaders and ensuring production KPI's were delivered.
The Quality Liaison role consisted of managing 6 Quality Technicians and liaising with the customer in relation to any Safety or Quality concerns. I was the customer's first point of contact and always ensured a good relationship was maintained through trust and reliability.
