This allowed the management across the piece of potential peaks and troughs in the new work coming into CAAS and allowed for real time management rather than separate spreadsheets, updated and managed on an Ad-Hoc basis.
• Asked the User Group to participate in an LFE survey so that I could obtain feedback on BIS and the enhancements I had implemented. The response rate was over 50% and I used the feedback to implement minor changes to BIS and review our communications process to ensure greater coverage. I have also implemented a process to ensure that feedback is now a regular feature at all User Group meetings.
