• Ran several procurement exercises to recruit legal, PMO and specialist contractor
resource; including securing Cabinet Office and Treasury approvals;
• Resolved several complex commercial and Cabinet Office approval issues which had
occurred elsewhere in the programme;
• Submitted an application to the APM for Programme of the Year, securing a place as a
finalist at the 2018 APM Awards.
