Hi, I’m Luke. I’m a change maker who specialises on blending process improvement with cultural change.
My career to date has mainly been in housing starting in the lettings team for a small local estate agent at the age of 18, before moving into social housing where I started my career in transformation.
My passion people; getting to know them, getting to know what makes them tick, with the ultimate goal of helping them to help themselves. I do this by teaching new skills to tackle problems through my knowledge of Agile Project Management, Systems Thinking or User Centred Design. I adopt a coaching style encouraging people to find their own answer or to help then understand the way in which their approach effects others. Introducing NLP to my coaching ensures lasting success. Working with teams through the application of MBTI personality indicator, I encourage people to understand themselves and how they interact with each other.
