Traffic Signals Specialist with 17 years’ experience working in highways and transportation. Graham has extensive experience designing and delivering projects for both private developers and public sector clients.

Graham worked for WSP from 2002 to 2018, during which time he progressed from Assistant Technician through to Associate, working on all junction and road classes eventually becoming a traffic signals specialist. Graham has gained extensive experience at all stages of an installations life, from inception through implementation, maintenance and eventual refurbishment. Technically competent Graham utilises the latest technologies and methods to extract maximum value from projects for both client and end users.

Utilising this experience in traffic engineering, Graham delivers schemes associated development projects at all scales of size, ensuring synergy between the planning designs and the delivery of schemes to conclusion onsite. He takes the lead role in the design of development mitigation proposals and utilises experience in both the public and private sectors when seeking/ granting approvals, delivering best value for Authority, Developer and end users. Graham ensures that proper consideration is given to the ‘real world’ application of innovative design solutions, traffic signal equipment and other ITS assess.
Graham is fully conversant in the use of junction modelling and analysis tools including. Graham has an in-depth knowledge of controllers providing TR2000 specifications and existing configuration modifications and is used to undertaking Factory Acceptance (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) along with MOVA and SCOOT validation/ optimisation. Graham manages a UTC system, Siemens RMS, CCTV systems and oversees the accurate reporting of faults to FMS systems.
