This included switch configuration, wireless troubleshooting, server installation/support, active directory administration, exchange administration, anti virus administration, laptop connection troubleshooting and printer/photocopier problems. I have been involved in 2 migrations from NT4 to 2000 and then to 2003. I done the new active directory install from scratch and set up the necessary group policies. The network had in excess of 30 Servers, 1400 machines and 1200 users. Daily duties included backup, blocking and unblocking of website using the Watchguard firewall, checking server logs, managing security updates and general laptop/desktop/server/switch and wireless troubleshooting.
