I enjoy working with entrepreneurs and SME owners / managers and help them achieve their M&A, fundraising and corporate finance ambitions.
After 9 years in Investment Banking and Venture Capital, mainly focused on the Consumer, Retail and Digital sectors, I decided to offer my services as an independent consultant.
My clients particularly like the quality of the slides, benchmarking and analyses that I am able to produce, as well as my knowledge of corporate finance transactions and processes built on a trackrecord of 20+ successful transactions.
Recent projects include assisting 3 entrepreneurs in their fundraising efforts (up to £3m cross-border fundraising) for tech businesses: a mobile app in India, an Indian SaaS HR tech business developing in Europe, a French video editing SaaS.
