My name is Jackie and I love words, communication and playfulness. In particular, I love the process of researching, developing and honing a concept into the finest digestible form for the consumer. In 2016 I established the charity, Without Wings, the Manx Autoimmune Arthritis Trust http://******.**). I am responsible for the entire concept as well as all website, social media and blog content, fundraising, event co-ordination and local media promotion. In this part-time and voluntary position, my writing skills have helped raise over £40,000. This, plus my communication work, has enabled the charity to secure its initial vision - to provide a future of free counselling for local people affected by autoimmune arthritis.
