Store Manager
Homebargains.
for Homebargains. I have managed 2 stores whilst working for Homebargains.
My first store was Foss Island in York. I had 40 sales assistants, 5 managers and was responsible for everything within the store. At this store I achieved all targets set in the 9 months I was Manager.
After the success of Foss Island I was offered a brand new XL Store at Garforth. This is my current store with 670 bays, a garden centre and a bakery. Here I have 58 sales assistants and 7 managers. I am overall responsible for everything within the store from employee issues to merchandising the store. The store is performing well, its exceeded the sales targets, hitting the efficiency and stock take target.
